Unworn items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase.
If an exchange is needed, please contact customer service to insure the exchange item is in stock. If the exchange item is in stock, it can be held for the exchange.
Return items must be packed in an outer shipping box to prevent damage in transit. Additional packing material is not necessary.

 

Question: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Answer: No. Please contact customer service to receive a prepaid UPS return shipping label for return items.

Question: What is the policy on defective merchandise?

Answer: Defective merchandise may be returned within 365 days of purchase. Please contact customer service regarding any defective merchandise.

Question: Does ShoesCentral price match?

Answer: We do not price match with other retailers. If our price on the exact item ordered is lowered within two weeks of purchase, we can refund the difference to the original method of payment.
